I had done my own taxes and made a mistake a few years ago. I was referred to Jayme who, without meeting me, was willing and able to clarify how to fix the problem. I was impressed and kept his contact. A couple months ago after submitting 2017 tax return I found out I had a farm loss. Completely in over my head, I contacted Jayme. He told me by email what to provide him and he amended my return. Everything by a few emails. No long relationship building phone calls or meetings. Just competent, quick service. One of the best service experiences of any sort I have ever had. I look forward to getting help from Jayme next tax season.

JAyme Gallenson has been preparing and filing my income tax returns for for five years. The cynic in me tends to be want to say "Yeah, right - 5 star ratings should be taken with a pinch of salt" but I cannot think of a single occasion or instance or situation that could in any way be considered negative or a mark against him (sadly - if, as a customer were subject to ratings from Jayme it would be a different story - I can only imagine what it must be like to have me as a customer - typically procrastinating and sending him the info he needs (W2, List of deductions, etc. etc.) all at the very last possible minute, only to discover that in anticipation of this, has already filed for and obtained an extension from the IRS for submitting my returns (and without reproach or judgement). In the first year he started handling my returns, he went back and reviewed the returns prepared by my previous tax person in another state, found issues in my favor and filed adjustments/corrections for those years, resulting in unexpected additional refunds. He and his team are friendly, professional, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and very responsive (even finishing off my filing in his 'down time' one year when I missed his well advertised deadline and sent my stuff in to him really late.) I don't know what else to say other than I am really really happy with the services provided by Jayme and his team and I am sure anyone considering using his services will be tii
